When I fell in love with vintage and cottage chic I also fell in love with the Robin's egg blue or Tiffany blue color. It is associated mostly with Tiffany & Co. the jewelry company famous in New York City. Tiffany Blue is the colloquial name for the light medium robin egg blue color that was used on the cover of Tiffany's blue book, first published in 1845. It has since been used for their promotional materials, boxes and decorative bags. It has a very "cottage chic" appeal to me. So I was inspired to do these wonderful bottle brush tree collections featuring the color.

Now through Christmas I will be custom creating these sets in several different colors, Victorian pinks, buttermilk cream or any inquiry can be made for a custom color. This Tiffany Blue set is available in my Etsy shop.

Interchangeable Heads...

"A Nightmare in Sleepy Hollow"

This painting was inspired by two of my Halloween favorites, a nightmare before Christmas and Sleepy Hollow. Here you find a headless hessian charging with his pumpkin head in hand only to stumble across a woeful Jack who has an interchangeable head of his own!
